Above are photos of Owner/Agent – John Greer and Multi-Line Representative -Janice Scruggs of John Greer State Farm Insurance in Lebanon, TN, presenting “Athlete of The Week – T-Shirts” & “Certificates” to the Yellow Jacket student athletes from Trousdale County’s Jim B. Satterfield Middle School who were recognized for their performance on the basketball court this past week.

The JSMS, “Girls Basketball Athletes of The Week”, were Chloe Donoho and Morgan White. These girls played three-games this past week. For the week, Chloe averaged 8 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and 4 assists, through the 1st week of the 2015 season. Chloe’s big game was against Smith County Middle School, scoring 10 points with 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and 6 assists. Morgan White is a 7th grader who had her 1st significant playing time of her career, with extensive minutes in the first 3 games this season, due to the absences of two starters. Morgan stepped up huge, during the 1st week of the season.

In the other photo, John Greer and Janice Scruggs are shown presenting the “Boys Basketball Athletes of The Week, Certificates and T-Shirts”, to Cameron Rankins and Ben Chumley. Cameron averaged 14 points per game, the first 3 games of the season, October 26th – 30th. Cameron also hit 5 clutch free-throws in the 4th quarter & overtime in a 37-31 win at Macon County. Ben Chumley hit a clutch 3-point shot late in the 4th quarter to tie the game in a win at Macon County. Ben also played outstanding defense & managed the floor on both ends of the court during the 1st  three games of the season.
